Tendai Choto is the founding director and principal shareholder of QuipHire Africa, a holding company with a strong and fast growing
footprint in Telecommunications and Construction in Zambia & Zimbabwe.

Through his Visionary leadership, QuipHire Africa which now has international strategic linkages and synergies with multibillion dollar companies namely Liquid Telecoms(UK), Condux International(USA), OFS(Germany, USA, Russia, Czech Republic), Miniflex(UK) and NGA Connect(UK). These
strategic partnerships are unlocking value in the Telecoms and Construction sectors. Out of his deep conviction of the emergence of Africa as the next global economic stage play, Tendai is currently on a drive to lobby and stimulate innovation of new products and services with International Companies for deployment in Africa. A holder of an Executive Management Certificate from Harvard Business School on Launching New Ventures (2014) and a first class degree in Economics from MSU (2009). He is a natural Entrepreneur, sharp thinker with an eye for value creation that
represents the much needed breed of African innovators.

Vision

His vision is to be a nation builder across the globe with particular emphasis on African
markets, creating employment for young Africans so that they can effectively contribute to
their nations’ wellbeing. He is a highly principled man whose value system is deeply shaped and inspired by his spiritual devotion to Christ and the scriptures.
