PU Casting Compound, Brown is a two-component cold pouring electrical jointing and general casting system that hardens by chemical reaction of the components after mixing.

• Excellent electrical, mechanical and thermal properties. It is resistant to mechanical shock and has very good thermal stability, withstanding repeated cycling from below freezing point to 100°C.
• It is completely water resistant and resistant to most chemicals.
• It has excellent adhesion especially to PVC sheathed cables.
• Tech PU Casting Compound, Brown is fast setting and an accelerator can be added to speed up the reaction further.
• There is minimal shrinkage during setting, no stress cracking and there is very low heat development even with large casts.
• It contains fillers, which impart high abrasion resistance when machining.
• It is non - toxic and very easy to use and repair.

• All parts, moulds, joint boxes and equipment must be absolutely dry before pouring the Tech PU Casting Compound to avoid foaming.
• Keep compound containers tightly closed when not in use.
• Do not use resin compound components from different kits.
• Ensure that batch numbers match before mixing.
